Cross4Health project in collaboration with EDIT* organized the European Idea Contest called “EDIT4Health”.
This event was the first public Cross4Health work session for leveraging cross sectorial capacity between the Aerospace, ICT, Energy and Medicine sectors to enable the creative project ideas emerging and encourage the development of innovative solutions targeting any application within Health areas.
During the event thanks to a creative process more than 100 different ideas were developed. The best ideas were pitched in front of a European jury board that selected the 3 winning teams. All our congratulations to the winners!
1st Prize went to Yacine Benyousef (Spacemedex)/ Christelle Skorupka (ChrisAdvice) and their team for the concept of a new personal sensitive medical device ‘Butterfly’ for real-time monitoring of pollution and allergens in the air.
Archange Nigar and Paméla Voillot (Kapcode) received the 2nd Prize for their concept of predictive modeling of asthma and COPD crisis regarding environmental data with collaborative map in real-time and continuous follow-up.
Karine Seymour (Medexprim) and Florian Bernard got the 3rd prize for their concept to use retrospective CT image data to design standard cutting guides in maxillo-facial surgery.
